1. Agreement to Terms

 

By accessing our website, www.innovtechsolutions.com.au, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by InnovTech Solutions, including but not limited to IT consultancy, project management, web development, grant writing, remote surveillance, VR development, drone mapping, 3D modelling and visualisation.

2. Our Services

 

InnovTech Solutions provides high-quality digital, creative and project services. We offer end-to-end support, from initial ideation and design through to deployment and post-project support. All services will be detailed in a specific proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content and materials created by InnovTech Solutions as part of our services, including but not limited to software, designs, 3D models, VR experiences and visualisations, remain the intellectual property of InnovTech Solutions until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific project contract. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to provide all necessary information, materials and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the project. InnovTech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by a failure to meet these obligations.

5. Payments, Fees and Invoicing

 

Service fees will be outlined in a formal quote or project proposal. Payment terms will be specified on each invoice. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold final deliverables if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, InnovTech Solutions, including its founder John Ah Chee and any partners like Cerulean Creative Studios, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

 

InnovTech Solutions agrees to treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your express consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination

 

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party commits a material breach of these terms. Specific conditions for termination, including notice periods and final payments, will be detailed in the project proposal.

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
